There was no unified system for timely monitoring of drivers' earnings and balance data, managing funds generated by cash-paid trips, and processing transfers promptly.
Fleet and park owners did not have the necessary tools to effectively control the activity of drivers, set daily and weekly limits, and manage risks. Manual preparation of reports required additional time and resources, increasing the risk of delays and inconsistencies in operations.
The main need was to create a flexible ecosystem for drivers and fleet operators that integrates financial and management processes into a single platform.
Process analysis and platform design
In the first stage, the daily earnings, balance and transfer processes of drivers, as well as the management needs of fleet owners were analyzed.
Key features such as drivers' mobile application usage scenarios, park owners' control mechanisms, limit setting and transaction tracking were defined. As a result of the analysis, the structure of a single platform that meets the needs of both drivers and park operators was formed.
Development of a mobile application for drivers
A simple and intuitive mobile application was developed for drivers to monitor earnings and balance data in real time.
Through the application, drivers had the opportunity to monitor their current balance, transactions and transfer status through a single interface. Transfer process has been simplified and funds are available in seconds.
This approach made it possible for drivers to more easily manage their financial transactions and have quick access to information.
Control, limit setting and risk management
An admin panel was created for fleet and park owners to monitor the activity of drivers from a single center.
Through the panel, it was possible to control the balance and transaction information of drivers, set daily and weekly limits, reduce financial risks and monitor transaction history.
The centralized management system reduced the dependence of fleet owners on manual processes and enabled more effective control over the activities of drivers.
Audit mechanism of integration and operations
The IBEX platform was integrated with Uber, Yango and payment systems. Through integrations, automatic transfer of data between systems and prompt processing of transactions were ensured.
The history of all operations carried out on the platform was recorded and a full audit opportunity was created. This mechanism made it possible to monitor each transaction, identify possible inconsistencies and manage financial processes more transparently.
Technical approach
The platform was built in the form of a single ecosystem consisting of a mobile application and an admin panel. Real-time data updates, secure transaction processing, and user role-based management capabilities are provided.

As a result of the launch of the IBEX platform, the balancing and transfer processes of drivers were significantly accelerated. Drivers had the opportunity to monitor earnings data in real time and transfer their funds more conveniently.
Fleet and park owners' management capabilities have expanded, drivers' activity control, limit setting, and risk management have begun to be implemented through a single system.
