Although the payment facility was available on the MyGov platform, it did not provide card memorization, Apple Pay and Google Pay payment functions for users. This made the payment process require more steps and limited the user experience.
At the same time, there was a need for a more flexible infrastructure to implement different and complex payment scenarios for the services of various government agencies. Immediate processing of payments and automation of settlements was also one of the main requirements of the project.
Analysis of payment scenarios
In the first stage, payment flows and user scenarios of the services provided on the MyGov platform were analyzed. The payment rules, transaction stages and settlement requirements for the services of various government agencies were determined.
As a result of the analysis, a flexible system architecture was formed that can manage different payment logics on a single platform.
Setting up MultiPay HUB integration
MyGov platform integrated with MultiPay HUB. Through the integration, payments are received securely, processed immediately, and transaction statuses are updated in real time.
The flexible infrastructure of MultiPay HUB made it possible to implement different payment logics for different services and government institutions. Thus, the payment flow according to the requirements of each service was managed within a single system.
Card storage, Apple Pay and Google Pay
To make the user experience more convenient and faster, the card saving function has been added to the platform. Users were able to perform their transactions with fewer steps without re-entering their card details at each payment.
With the addition of Apple Pay and Google Pay support, users were offered the opportunity to pay quickly and securely through their mobile devices. In addition to simplifying the payment process, these features have shaped the user experience in line with modern digital payment habits.
Transaction processing and settlement automation
Payments made on the platform are processed immediately and the result is presented to the user in real time.
Payment information was automatically processed based on the relevant rules, the settlement process was carried out over the system and the need for manual intervention was reduced. This approach made it possible to manage operations more quickly, accurately and transparently.
Technical approach
The integration was built on the principles of security, high availability and flexibility. The system was adapted to the payment requirements of various public services and allowed to apply different operational logics on a single platform.
The flexible architecture of MultiPay HUB makes it possible to integrate new payment methods, services and additional functions into the system more easily in the future.

As a result of the integration of MyGov and MultiPay HUB, citizens had the opportunity to pay for public services more conveniently, quickly and securely.
Card memorization, Apple Pay and Google Pay support reduced the steps in the payment process and improved the user experience. Real-time processing of payments and automation of settlements has made transaction management more efficient.
Through the MultiPay HUB, it became possible to apply different payment logics according to the requirements of various government agencies, and the payment infrastructure of the MyGov platform was updated in a more flexible and functional form.
