In the current payment process, there could be delays in the processing of transactions, the distribution of notaries and the refund of rejected payments. Management of processes on different systems affected both the payment experience of citizens and the ability of state institutions to control transactions.
The main need was for payments to be accepted on a single platform, processed securely, automatically distributed among the relevant notaries and all transactions monitored in real time.
Process analysis and system design
In the first stage, the existing payment process, user scenarios and technical requirements of government agencies were analyzed within the Mobile Notary system.
All operational steps have been defined, including payment initiation, approval, processing, forwarding to the relevant notary and refund in case of possible refusal. Based on the results of the analysis, the technical architecture of the system and the payment flow were formed.
HÖP integration and payment flow setup
MSolution payment platform integrated with Government Payment Portal. Through this integration, payments received from the mobile application and other digital channels were processed securely and promptly.
Payment information is automatically transferred between systems, the status of the transaction is updated immediately, and the user is provided with information about the result. Thus, the need for manual intervention is reduced and the payment process is faster.
Automatic distribution and real-time monitoring
A mechanism for automatic distribution of payments to relevant notaries was established on the platform. Each transaction is routed in the appropriate direction based on predetermined data and rules.
Government agencies and notaries can monitor payment amounts, transaction history and current statuses in real time through a unified system. This approach increases transparency in payment management and facilitates accountability.
Feedback mechanism and system testing
A special mechanism was created for automatic identification of refused or incomplete payments and immediate refund.
The platform was thoroughly tested for various payment scenarios, technical loads and possible error cases before its launch. During the test phase, the system's stability, security and correct operation of data exchange with other state systems were checked.
Technical approach
The platform was developed based on the principles of high security, continuous operation and data protection. Secure transfer of payment data between systems, synchronization of transaction statuses, and prompt management of possible technical errors are ensured.
The system's flexible architecture also enables the addition of new payment services and digital functions in the future.
