Analysis of user and operator needs

In the first phase, the process of using charging stations by electric car drivers and the management needs of commercial operators were analyzed.

Key user scenarios were defined, including locating the station on the map, choosing a suitable time, creating a reservation, starting a charging service and making a payment.

For operators, functional requirements for station management, technical status monitoring, payment verification, monitoring of user data and statistical indicators were formed.

Mobile application development

A mobile application was developed for electric car owners to use charging services more conveniently.

Through the application, users can find nearby charging stations on a map, view information about the station and make a reservation for a suitable time.

Payment of the charging service is made online within the application, and the status of the transaction is immediately presented to the user. A simple and intuitive interface ensures that all stages of the service can be managed within a single application.

Management of stations

Monitoring, statistics and user control

An admin panel has been created for commercial operators to manage all charging stations from a single center.

Through the panel, it was possible to monitor the current status of the stations, activity indicators, reservations, user operations and payment information.

Statistical reports allowed the operators to analyze the frequency of use of the stations, the number of operations and financial indicators. These data created a reliable basis for improving the quality of service and more correct planning of the charging network.

Integration of API and payment systems

API integrations were built to ensure data exchange with the platform's charging stations and various payment systems.

Automatic transfer of reservation data, station statuses and payment results between systems was ensured through integrations.

Accepting and processing payments securely within the platform allowed users to benefit from the service without having to switch to different systems. The electronic recording of all transactions has expanded the monitoring and auditing capabilities for operators.

A special mechanism for real-time monitoring of charging stations and user operations was created on the platform.

Users can get up-to-date information on station availability and reservation status, and operators can monitor station status and operations from a single panel.

This approach made it easier to find an empty or suitable station, reduced waiting time and allowed operators to react more promptly to possible technical problems.

Technical approach

The EV Charging platform was built in the form of a single digital ecosystem consisting of mobile application, admin panel and integration modules.

The system was developed based on the principles of real-time data updating, secure payment processing and continuous data exchange with stations.

The platform's flexible architecture allows new charging stations, operators, payment channels and additional services to be integrated into the system in the future.

With the launch of the EV Charging platform, electric car owners have gained the opportunity to more easily find, reserve and pay for charging stations online.

Consolidating the main stages of the charging process into a single mobile application has simplified the user experience and accelerated access to the service.

Operators started managing stations, reservations, user transactions, payments and statistics from a single admin panel. As a result, management of charging services became more transparent and effective, payment and reporting processes were fully digitized.
