A single QR flow was needed to connect the menu, bill and payment, automatically route funds and reduce the need for additional terminals.
Analysis and design
The team analysed the guest journey from opening the menu to completing payment, branch settlements and operational workload. The solution was designed to work without an extra app or waiting for a POS terminal.
IZZY payment integration
MSolution payment infrastructure was integrated with IZZY. Guests scan the same QR code to open the menu, review the bill and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or AniPay QR through banking apps. Payment results are immediately sent to the restaurant system.
Automatic distribution with MultiSplit
Each payment is automatically routed to the relevant branch and monitored in real time. This reduces end-of-day settlements, inter-branch transfers and manual accounting.
Payment scenario testing
The complete flow was tested, from scanning the QR code to payment completion and branch routing. Apple Pay, Google Pay, AniPay QR and payment-status updates were checked before deployment at several venues.
Technical approach
The solution combines security, speed and ease of use. Existing integrations with banks and processing centres support onboarding across different banking partners. Menu, bill, payment status and MultiSplit data are connected in a single automated flow.
Project outcome
Guests can view and pay their bills without leaving the table. Restaurants avoid additional POS terminals and automatically distribute funds by branch in real time. The solution is already in use at several venues.
