INVA

Preflight Technical Inspection Platform — INVA

INVA is a platform that digitizes the pre-trip technical inspection of passenger and cargo vehicles. The system provides on-site or video-based inspection, online payment, prompt notification of results and centralized process management.

Problem

Pre-trip technical inspection processes were mainly carried out using paper documents and traditional methods. Manual recording made the process time-consuming, complicated document management and prevented prompt monitoring of inspection results.

Vehicles were required to physically come to the relevant station for technical inspection. The lack of remote visual and video-based inspection was an additional waste of time and resources, especially for long-distance carriers.

Collecting payments in a retail manner through various and limited channels also made the processes difficult to manage. Legal entities could not use the service immediately after making the payment due to late reflection of the information in the system.

Step 1

Analysis of technical inspection processes

In the first stage, the vehicle pre-trip technical inspection process, the workflows of carriers and drivers, and the requirements of organizations performing technical control were analysed.

All stages from the initiation of the examination to the confirmation of the result, from the payment to the activation of the service have been defined.

Based on the results of the analysis, the technical structure of the platform was formed, which combines on-site and remote inspection capabilities, payment process and administrative management in a single system.

Step 2

Mobile app and video based inspection

A mobile application was developed for drivers and transporters to submit their vehicle for remote technical inspection.

Through the application, users provide video images of the required stages, monitor the status of the inspection and receive information about the result through the system. If necessary, the possibility of carrying out technical inspection on the spot is kept.

This approach reduced the need to bring the vehicle to a physical checkpoint each time and made the process more flexible.

Management system

Preparation of admin and carrier panels

An admin panel with a wide range of functions was created for organizations that perform technical control. Management of contracts, transport companies, drivers, vehicles and inspection results on a single system was ensured through the panel.

A separate control panel was developed for carriers, allowing them to track driver and vehicle information, check inspection status, and access transaction history.

Different access and control capabilities according to user roles enabled more secure and systematic data management.

Step 3

Integration of payment systems

The INVA platform was integrated with the card infrastructure and banking systems. Through the integration, payment options were created both by card and directly from the bank account.

Automatic confirmation of payments made by legal entities in the system and activation of the service immediately after the completion of the payment was ensured.

Real-time updating of payment statuses reduced the need for manual verification and allowed users to enjoy the service without waiting.

Transaction tracking

Automatic notification and status monitoring

A status tracking mechanism for each stage of technical inspection and payment was established on the platform.

After verification results are confirmed in the system, users are automatically notified. Carriers and relevant organizations can track the current status of the inspection, the result and the payment information through a single platform.

This mechanism increased the transparency of the processes and reduced the need for additional information exchange between the parties.

Technical approach

INVA was built in the form of a single digital ecosystem consisting of a mobile application, an admin panel and a carrier panel. The system was developed based on the principles of secure data transfer, real-time updating and user-authorized management.

Safe uploading of video data to the system, recording of inspection results and synchronization of payment statuses were ensured.

The platform's flexible architecture allows new carriers, technical inspection organizations, payment channels and additional functions to be integrated into the system in the future.

The result of the project

With the launch of the INVA platform, the pre-trip technical inspection process became faster, more transparent and more reliable.

Carriers and drivers now have the ability to remotely submit their vehicles for video-based or on-site inspection, monitor the status of the process, and get the result promptly.

Activating the service immediately after payment eliminated the waiting period. In addition to the card, the creation of the possibility of payment directly from the bank account made the process more convenient for legal entities.

As a result of managing contracts, users, vehicles, inspection results and payments in a single system, administrative processes were digitized and operational efficiency was increased.
