Analysis of user needs and financial flows
In the first phase, the daily business process of Bolt drivers, profit and balance operations, transfer needs, as well as the management requirements of fleet owners were analyzed.
Key user scenarios were identified, including drivers viewing trip information, topping up, tracking earnings, and transferring their funds.
Based on the results of the analysis, the structure of the platform was formed, which combines different functions in a single ecosystem for drivers and fleet operators.
Development of a mobile application for drivers
A simple and easy-to-use mobile application was developed for drivers to perform all basic financial transactions through a single interface.
Through the app, drivers can track their journey and earnings data in real-time, check their current balance, top-up and transfer in just a few steps.
Instant updates of transaction statuses allowed drivers to more transparently monitor the flow of their funds and manage their financial processes promptly.
Control, limits and cash-paid trip management
An admin panel was created for fleet and park owners to manage the activities of drivers from a single center.
Through the panel, it was possible to monitor drivers' operations and balance information, set daily and weekly limits, and block or reactivate cash-paid trips.
These functions enabled fleet owners to reduce possible financial risks, manage drivers' activities more systematically and intervene promptly in operations.
Integration of payment and transfer systems
The Pulse platform was integrated with Bolt and payment systems, providing automatic data transfer and prompt processing of financial transactions.
Drivers' earnings and balance data are updated in the system, transfer requests are immediately processed, and the result of the transaction is reflected in the application.
Electronic recording of all transactions made it easier to track financial flows and reduced the need for manual processes.
Real-time monitoring and accounting
On the platform, drivers' trips, earnings, balance changes and transfer operations are recorded in a single system.
Fleet owners can track the history and current status of transactions from the control panel, while drivers can quickly access their financial information through the mobile application.
The centralized data flow made the accounting of operations more accurate and transparent, facilitated the preparation of reports and the analysis of processes.
Technical approach
Pulse was built in the form of a single digital ecosystem consisting of a mobile application and an admin panel. The platform provided real-time data updates, secure processing of financial transactions, and access to user roles.
The system's flexible architecture allows new drivers and fleets to be connected to the platform, and additional payment functions and management tools can be integrated into the system in the future.
Electronic recording and tracking of transactions provided a reliable basis for full audit and more accurate financial accounting.
