Public service payments require a convenient and secure digital flow, immediate status updates and accurate routing to Treasury accounts. A unified infrastructure is needed to connect acceptance and settlement.
Analysis and design
The payment process and technical requirements were analysed, including amount creation, status exchange and routing to Treasury accounts. A unified solution was designed for multiple payment methods and real-time settlements.
Integration
MSolution will integrate with the Agency’s digital channels so users can pay by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Transaction results will update the relevant service status.
Settlement and monitoring
Incoming payments will be routed to the relevant State Treasury account in real time, with recorded statuses and end-to-end monitoring.
Testing
After integration, payment creation, confirmation, status delivery and Treasury routing will be tested across card, Apple Pay and Google Pay scenarios.
Technical approach
The infrastructure will use secure data exchange and existing bank and processing integrations, taking PCI DSS and ISO 27001 requirements into account.
Expected outcome
Following the procurement results, MSolution will provide payment acceptance for Agency services. The completed project will offer convenient online payments and centralised, transparent management of real-time Treasury settlements.
