Fees for providing payment services
Service fees for payment services provided by 'Multi Solutions' LLC may vary depending on the recipient or type of service.
Service fees are determined based on the following:
• Conditions stated in the contracts between 'Multi Solutions' LLC and the recipient;
• Nature of services and products provided by the recipient;
• Features of the platform (mobile app, website, etc.) where the payment is performed.
The exact service fee for each specific payment transaction is clearly and transparently provided through the mobile app or website before starting the transaction.
Service fees are confirmed by the user's consent to the payment transaction and are only applied with consent.
Currency exchange rate
For operations requiring currency exchange, the exchange rates effective on the respective day by the banks cooperating with 'Multi Solutions' LLC are applied.
